Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hello :) First time bake Chocolate Chip Cookies
Was kinda nervous cause I failed the butter cake that day. So, I watched some Youtube Video and it seemed easy and I decided to bake my Favourite Cookies ♥
Overall, it was nice & yummy but it kinda too sweet and soft which I don't know why.

Ingredients you need ;

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup instant cooking oats

3/4 cup brown sugar & white sugar

1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup unsalted butter

and 1 tsp salt & 1 egg.
that's all :D

First,

Cream together butter and sugars.

I'm sorry but I was busying mixing all the ingredients so I don't have time to take photo.

Secondly, blend in the vanilla extract and egg.

Using a large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder and salt together. and add the mixture and mix it until it looks like this

Oven Temperature ; 160C

Bake it for 11-13 minutes until

lightly browned.

The recipe state that using the amount of ingredients above, you can bake 40 cookies but I only manage to bake 30 cookies. :D

Baking Chocolate Chip Cookies was really easy.
