I joined another free walking tour ; OLD CITY
by RunnerBeanTours
(i) It's recommended to find for those free walking tour before you travel to another country. It's a must to do homework before travelling. Don't assume that wifi is available everywhere in this internet-biased century. My hotel's wifi sucks like shit. So I'm so glad that I done all my research before flying to Barcelona.
Spring-Summer (from April 1st to October 14th): 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Every day (rain or shine), including Bank holidays
Winter (from October 15th to March 31st): 11:00 AM.
Every day (rain or shine), including Bank holidays
Meeting Point : Placa Reial
Nearest tube : Liceu (L3)
You will be visiting PLAÇA REIAL, PLAÇA DEL PI, THE OLD JEWISH QUARTER (EL CALL), PLAÇA SANT JAUME, THE CATHEDRAL CLOISTER, PLAÇA SANT FELIP NERI, THE ROMAN CITY, THE MEDIEVAL CITY AND PLAÇA DEL REI & SANTA MARÍA DEL MAR.
I don't recommend you joining this tour if you don't like history cause I'm not a history person. This tour is abit MEHHH for me. This tour is going deep into HISTORY OF BARCELONA.
The tour is around 2.5 hours & Ends at Santa Maria Del Mar.
At the end of the tour, you can decide how much tip you want to pay to your guide :)

On my way to Park Guell. Just to show how steep it is.
Park Guell. I searched online and saw alot of pretty photos of Park Guell. I was so excited to visit the PARK. My bff told me Park Guell is a must-go-place. NO ONE EVER TELL ME PARK GUELL IS ON THE HILL, THE FREAKING HILL. -.- LUCKILY, I PURPOSELY WORE A FLORAL DRESS TO MATCH THE PARK WITH FLOWERS THEME. I only brought along two shoes ; my NB & my slippers. You can't wear slippers with dress so I wore NB that day. All other days, I wore slippers. so, thank god.
(ii) Always bring two pairs of shoes when travelling. Or I should say always bring along your sport shoes/sneakers. You can wear sport shoes to everywhere but it's a little troublesome to wear slippers to go up hill. Anyways, you can buy slippers easily even in foreign country.

As you know, I don't speak nor read Spanish. I got confused while purchasing online ticket to Park Guell. I bought the cheapest ticket which was 4.50 Euro & realised it was the ticket to Gaudi Museum House. -.- Don't ever waste your money. There is nothing interested in there.

I didn't get the ticket. :( Not because it's expensive nor the queue is long but the waiting time is too long. I reached around 430pm and the available slot is 7pm. If I were to buy the ticket, I had to stay at least an hour & went down the hill at 8pm which was considered quite late. It was one of my regrets in this trip.
PS ; couldn't enter the place. Only get to snap photo from far q(#ﾟДﾟ#)p
